時(shí)間:2023-07-15

Project: 43,200 Metric Tons Natural Rubber Production Line in C?te d'Ivoire

Processed Materials: Natural Rubber, Cup Lumps

Annual Production Capacity: 43,200 metric tons

Finished Product: TSR 10

Year and Location: 2023, C?te d'Ivoire

Accompanying Heat Source: LPG

Africa is emerging as a significant producer of natural rubber, with C?te d'Ivoire's natural rubber complying with European regulations providing a favorable boost. According to statistics from the International Rubber Study Group (IRSG), C?te d'Ivoire's natural rubber production reached 1.548 million metric tons in 2023. This marks nearly a doubling from the 815,000 metric tons produced in 2019. C?te d'Ivoire has now surpassed Vietnam to become the third-largest natural rubber producer, following Thailand and Indonesia.

The entire project process encompasses the following 10 stages:

Cleaning and Mixing (Crumb Rubber Machine) —— Breaking, Mixing, Washing, and Kneading (Single-Screw Crumb Rubber Squeeze Washer) —— Pressing into Sheets (Corrugated Sheet Machine) —— Pelletizing (Shredding Machine) —— Drying (Drying Line) —— Cutting (Horizontal Disc Cutter) —— Weighing (33.3KG/35KG) —— Packaging (Hydraulic Automatic Strapping Machine) —— Inspection (Metal Detector) —— Bagging

1、Complete Configuration 2、Automated Line 3、Production Guarantee4、Quality Assurance

This milestone achievement not only highlights C?te d'Ivoire's robust strength in the natural rubber sector but also signals the country's new standing in the global agricultural commodities market. Behind this surge in production, the European Union's upcoming Forest Deforestation-Free Regulation (EUDR), set to take effect at the end of 2025, has undoubtedly played a crucial role.
